Our 7-Day Intensive Driving Course gives you 28 hours of focused, one-to-one driving tuition, making it ideal for learners who want the benefits of intensive learning but would benefit from additional time to develop their skills.
With regular driving across seven days, you’ll keep the momentum going while working through the DVSA driving syllabus with your own NXT instructor.

How the 7-Day Course Works
You’ll complete 28 hours of driving tuition, normally spread across seven days.
Unlike traditional weekly lessons, intensive tuition allows you to get back behind the wheel regularly, building on your previous session while the skills you’ve learned are still fresh.
The additional tuition compared with our 5-Day Course gives your instructor more time to work with you on different road situations, manoeuvres, independent driving and any areas where you need extra practice.
Your instructor will continually adapt the course around your progress rather than following a rigid one-size-fits-all programme.
Who Is the 7-Day Course For?
The 7-Day Course can be a great choice if you’re:
- A relatively inexperienced learner
- Looking for more tuition than our 5-Day Course provides
- Returning to driving after a break
- Someone who learns better with additional practice
- Looking to build confidence quickly
- Preparing for an upcoming practical driving test
- Keen to make significant progress without months of weekly lessons
You don’t need to be at a particular standard before starting. Your instructor will assess your current ability and build the tuition around you.
What About the Driving Test?
Your practical driving test is not included within the course price, as the test must be booked directly by the candidate with the DVSA.
However, we’ll support you throughout the process.
Our team can explain how the current booking system works and advise you on finding a suitable test. The majority of our pupils are currently finding suitable cancellation tests around the end of their course or shortly afterwards, depending on local DVSA availability.
Your instructor can also help you decide when you’re ready to take the test.
